PLAY TECH Warranty The computers that you buy from PLAY TECH which are imported & unused in Sri Lanka will have a warranty period of three (3) months and the warranty period may be extended for some devices.

✔Defect In Computers Bought Physically

If you have purchased a computer or device through online order, and if you have to send the particular item to us due to any defect that occurred during the warranty period, you will only have to bear the delivery fees incurred to deliver the computer or device to our company/ to bring it back to you and you will not have to pay extra for the computer or device.

But if you have to buy something more expensive instead of the device you sent, you have to pay the corresponding additional amount.

✔Warranty Proof

In case of damage/ removal of warranty stickers pasted inside the computer, you may lose your warranty period and therefore please avoid removing the warranty stickers inside the equipment.

✔User Actions

Anything caused by your fault to the computer or accessories due to electrical accidents/burns/lightning/household high voltage surges/water leakages/breakages as well as animal excrement falls or excessive dust waste etc. we are not bound to bear any responsibility and it is your responsibility to use the computer properly, maintain it, service it at the right time.

✔User Warranty Claming

In the event that a device needs to be claimed under warranty, you should send or bring that device to us and we will immediately claim the necessary items and provide them to you, but only for graphic cards etc. it may take a few days. You will not have to wait for a long time for it in any case. Our company PLAY TECH is always committed to provide you with a quick service.

PLAY TECH ServicesLifetime free service is available for every computer that you buy from us and if you face any issue after the warranty period, you can get your service by paying only the value of the relevant device and no additional service fee will ever be charged.

✔Hardware profile

We are responsible for the hardware profile of the computers and even if we give you software/ windows etc. for free we are not held accountable for Windows damage / software crash / Viruses. But because you are someone who bought the computer from us, not only within the warranty period, but through the lifetime free service you get from us, you can fulfil the needs of Windows / software anytime as well.

PLAY TECH DeleveriesIf you buy anything from PLAY TECH through online order, follow the steps below.

✔Check

First, check whether we have the computer or device you need in stock and get the latest prices by contacting one of our members via Voice call / WhatsApp.

✔Message

After knowing the details of what you want, send a short message to our WhatsApp account.

✔Pay

For online orders, you have to make cash payments in advance, and you shall credit the amount related to your order to the bank accounts we have provided and send a photo/PDF file or a screenshot of the receipt to our WhatsApp account.

✔Details

At the same time, you shall mention your name, address, two (2) active mobile numbers & district.

✔Picture

After checking your order, we will send you a photo of the invoice related to your order, and if necessary, we will provide you with photos/ videos of the relevant computer or device, and after that your order will be prepared to get delivered to you.

✔Info

Once we are done with processing your order, we will provide you with the tracking details related to your order, so that you can get information about the status of your order until it reaches you.

✔Delivery

Orders placed in this way will be delivered safely to your home anywhere in the island within 24 hours or maximum 48 hours from Monday to Friday (except special holidays).
